On behalf of the organizing committee, it gives us great pleasure to invite you to the second meeting organized by the Department of Translational and Regenerative Medicine, which will be held from 19th to 21st November 2026 at PGIMER, Chandigarh, India. This is the annual meeting that promises to bring an outstanding scientific event combined with an extremely rich cultural experience.

The Scientific Programme Committee is already working in order to ensure a wide choice of lectures and symposia covering the various aspects of cell therapy, gene therapy and stem cell biology. Pre-conference workshop will help students to learn newer advancement of cell therapies. It will be our endeavor to plan a scientific feast for the clinical practitioner, surgeons, pathologists and basic research scientists with interest in translational research. A group of eminent international and national faculty will be sharing their ideas and innovative techniques in this meeting.

Chandigarh, the city beautiful is itself an attraction of north India. It is a modern city with a well planned architecture designed by a French architect, Le Corbusier. It is famous for its world famous Rock Garden; a unique single man’s creation (Mr. Nek Chand). There are beautiful gardens in and around like Rose garden and Pinjore garden. Hill resorts of Morni, Kasauli, Palace of Chail, Shimla and Manali are easily drivable destinations in close vicinity of Chandigarh, which may be an added attraction.
